Special Events

It was a brisk fall morning and 15 of us set out on a trip to see the sites in Historic Old town Santa Fe New Mexico. For some of us, it was our first time on a train. For others it reminded them of how they grew up. We had lunch at Tomasita's in Santa Fe, then caught the shuttle to the Historic Old Town Plaza. We walked and shopped and had a joyous time. We even stopped in to pray at the Lorretto Chapel that was built in 1873. We had a nice quiet ride on the train, and dinner awaiting the residents upon their arrival home. When asked how they felt about the trip, the residents said they LOVED it.
